Warranty Policy

Updated: August 25th, 2025

This Policy govern the services' warranty provided by Phoenix Basin Landscaping & Irrigation, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to you, the client (“you” or “client”). By requesting, accepting, or paying for services, you agree to the following:

Standard Warranty

Phoenix Basin Irrigation Landscaping provides a 1-year warranty on all sprinklers and drippers installed by our team. This warranty covers defects in installation or equipment failure that occur under normal use.

  • If a sprinkler or dripper has been moved, modified, or tampered with by anyone other than Phoenix Basin Irrigation Landscaping (including the client or another contractor), the warranty becomes void for that component.
  • Warranty service is limited to repairs or replacements at Phoenix Basin Irrigation Landscaping’s discretion.

Complimentary Irrigation Checks

As part of our commitment to long-term quality, Phoenix Basin Irrigation Landscaping offers free irrigation system checks for up to 3 years after installation:

  • Clients may schedule up to two checks per year.
  • These visits allow us to determine whether an issue qualifies as a warranty claim or if a simple adjustment/maintenance service is all that is needed.
  • Adjustments outside of warranty coverage may still incur service charges, which will be discussed in advance.

Maintenance Program Members

Clients enrolled in our subscription services—Basin Season, Basin Regular, or Basin Oasis—receive expanded warranty benefits:

  • Coverage extends beyond sprinklers and drippers to additional irrigation and landscaping components.
  • Depending on the program tier, members may receive free repairs, extended warranties, or major discounts on service.
  • Full details can be found in the Maintenance Programs Guide.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by acts of nature (e.g., flooding, lightning, tree root intrusion).
  • Alterations, adjustments, or repairs made by anyone other than Phoenix Basin Irrigation Landscaping.
  • Normal wear and tear, clogs, or issues caused by water quality (e.g., sediment buildup).
  • Landscaping or non-irrigation work.
